Technically yes — every major game has language against account sharing. In practice, we’ve operated since 2021 across 12,420 orders with zero account bans because we follow strict operational hygiene (residential proxies, behavior cloning, time-zone matching). See Account Safety.

We’re roughly mid-market. Cheaper services usually pay boosters in the global south on volume, with much higher ban rates. More expensive services charge brand premium. We pay our boosters EUR €18–€32/hour and price accordingly.

Pilot is faster and cheaper (booster plays solo on your account). Duo is safer for high-value accounts (you queue together; you play). For Diamond+ pushes, duo is recommended. Both have the same zero-ban record.

Quoted at checkout based on rank gap and current ladder velocity. Typical: 6h for one division, 18h for Plat→Diamond, 4–7 days for full Iron→Immortal. ETA updates live as games are played.

For pilot orders — please don’t. Concurrent logins from different IPs trigger anti-cheat. Boosters schedule around your usual hours. For duo, you obviously play.

If you play during a pilot order and tank rank, we won’t replay free games — but we will pause the order and refund pro-rata if you ask. If we lose ≥ 1 division of MMR, we refund or replay free per Refunds §02.

Statistically, no. 0 / 12,420 boost-related bans across 5 years. We can’t promise it won’t ever happen — but if it does, you get a full refund + 50% credit. See Refunds §03.

No — and we’d prefer you don’t. We accept rolling codes at session start. If your platform requires permanent 2FA disable, switch to duo service instead.

No. Boosters are forbidden from chatting on your behalf, accepting friend requests, or sending DMs. They mute global chat and play silently.

Confirmed within 4h, money lands in 3–5 business days for cards. Crypto refunds same-day to the wallet you specify.

Hit “Request reassignment” on your order page — no questions asked, free swap, your previous booster won’t see your account again.

Head to the Become a Booster page. Application closes after we hit ~50 boosters per game; we open seats roughly twice a year.

EUR €18–€32/hour depending on game, rank tier, and tenure. Highest is Valorant Radiant pushers (€32/h). Paid weekly via SEPA, Wise, or USDC.
