Document 01 — Master Agreement
Terms of Service.
By placing an order with UTBoosting, you agree to the rules below. We've kept them short, fair, and free of weasel-clauses.
01Who we are
UTBoosting Lda. is registered in Lisbon, Portugal. NIPC 516 884 ###. Operated since 2021 by a team of 47 vetted boosters. Discord and email are our primary support channels.
02What we sell
We sell gameplay services — rank pushes, placements, coaching, win bundles — performed by humans on either your account (with your credentials) or your account in a duo lobby. We do not sell virtual currency, in-game items, or accounts.
03Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older (or the local age of majority).
- You must own the account you’re requesting service on, or have explicit permission from the owner.
- You must not be banned, suspended, or in trade-restriction on the target platform.
04Account credentials
For piloted services, you provide login credentials in our encrypted vault. Boosters access via a one-time, IP-bound session token. We never store plaintext passwords. We strongly recommend rotating your password after the order completes — we email you the moment we close out.

05Pricing & payment
All prices in EUR. Card payments processed by Stripe; crypto via Coinbase Commerce. We do not store card data. Pricing is final at checkout — no surprise fees mid-order.
06Booster conduct
Our boosters operate under the UTBoosting Code of Practice. Specifically, they will not:
- Use automation, scripts, or third-party software
- Friend, message, or interact with players on your account outside of necessary in-game actions
- Change your account settings, password, or linked emails
- Make purchases on your account
07Service guarantees
We commit to the rank/result purchased. If a service fails to complete due to booster error, we re-assign at no cost. See Refund Policy for the full schedule.
08Risks you accept
→ Be honest
All boosting services carry inherent risk under platform ToS. Our zero-ban record across 12,420 orders does not guarantee your order will be the 12,421st. We take every precaution we can; the platform makes the rules.
09Termination
Either party may cancel an unstarted order without penalty. Started orders refund per the schedule. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes go to the courts of Lisbon.
