01What you’ll see
- Live rank progress — current MMR, games played, win rate, projected finish
- Milestone log — every match result with date/time
- Booster chat thread — DM your booster for ETA, breaks, schedule
- VOD links — for orders with VOD review attached
02Status meanings
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| QUEUED | Paid, awaiting booster assignment (≤ 30min) |
| ACTIVE | Booster online, games being played |
| PAUSED | Awaiting your input (creds, schedule, etc.) |
| COMPLETE | Delivered. Rotate your password. |
| REFUNDED | Closed; money returned |
