Refunds are simple. We pay you back per a published schedule, within 5 business days, no panel of lawyers required.

02Service failure

If we fail to deliver the rank or result purchased — regardless of completion percentage — you get a full refund or free re-assignment, your choice. “Failure” includes:

  • We don’t reach the promised rank within the stated timeframe
  • The booster goes inactive for > 48 hours without notice
  • The account loses MMR equivalent to ≥ 1 division during piloted play

03Account ban refund

→ Our zero-ban guarantee

If your account receives a boost-related ban within 30 days of order completion, we refund the full order plus a 50% credit toward future orders. Zero questions, zero “review process.” This has been triggered 0 times in 12,420 orders — but the policy stands.

04How to request

  1. Account → Orders → click the order
  2. Hit “Request refund,” select reason
  3. We confirm within 4 hours, money lands in 3–5 business days

For card payments, refunds return to the original card. Crypto refunds return in EUR-equivalent to a wallet of your choice.

05Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, escalate to support@utboosting.com. Co-founder Marta reads every escalation personally; expect a reply within 24 hours.
